Credit Cards and e-Checks
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and electronic checks through our payments processor, PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card!

Money Orders
To purchase with a money order, please send us an email detailing what you would like to purchase. We will then respond, providing the correct total for your purchase so you can mail your money order to us. We will ship the next day after receiving your payment.

International

Handling
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after your purchase. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for custom clothing orders.

United States Shipping
We ship all items via fast and reliable USPS Priority Mail, so you get your order in 2-3 days, and we get the peace of mind of knowing the package will reach its destination. Shipping is a flat $6.00 for all orders, no matter how many items you purchase!

International Shipping

Exchanges & Returns
If you wish to exchange your product, you may do so as long as it is still in perfectly new condition, with its original packaging and tags intact. Also, if your product has a flaw you may exchange it for a new one. Returns for any other reason are not accepted. All exchanges and returns are subject to additional shipping charges and must occur within 60 days of purchase.

Cloth diapers that have been washed but not used can be returned but there will be a 40% restocking fee and our actual shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. If there is any indication that the diapers have been used, we will contact you with shipping costs for their return back to you and will hold the package for up to 30 days until payment to cover return shipping has been received. Any used diapers that cannot be returned to their owners after 30 days due to lack of shipping costs will be forfeit. Determining whether a diaper has been used is entirely at our own discretion.
