The Silicone nipples have a faster flow and are easier to suck from, so we recommend them for younger babies and those with a weaker suck. On the other hand, Latex nipples are sturdier and less likely to need replacement. Please see our photos of the Silicone and Latex nipples to help you make your decision. If you ever need extra nipples, or would like to try out both kinds, we also sell packages of replacement tubing and nipples.

If you are like us, Podees will soon be the only baby bottle you want to use. For one baby, we recommend at least three Podees, but if you don't want to wash any bottles during the day, you could need as many as eight. We use nine Podees every day with our twins, washing some of them in the middle of the day, and all of them each night. We wouldn't go back to plain bottles for the world!
